Since January 2010, UIL has had a campus presence in the world-famous North Queensland tourist destination of Cairns. As of 2024, the UIL Cairns campus is ready to take students for EQI High School Pathway. Secondary School Preparation Programs (SSPP) are offered on UIL campus located within Cairns State High School.
